“Would you like some champagne and caviar?” our room attendant asked as we entered our private room space at PS ATL.
It was just the beginning of a luxury travel experience unlike anything else on the East Coast.
PS has been operating in LAX for several years now, but the private terminal opened up at Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport in September.
PS is designed to truly elevate the travel experience, whether you’re traveling by yourself, with friends, or even a family of four. They have reimagined the airport experience and have enhanced it to take it to the next level. Being able to bypass long lines at the airport and be the only person or group to go through TSA and then be driven directly to your plane is a massive sell, especially with how crowded and hectic things can be at the airport in Atlanta.
Pulling off this luxury experience is no easy feat.
“Delivering a consistent luxurious hospitality experience is demanding at its core, but it’s especially challenging when coupled with the logistics of air travel,” PS CEO, Amina Porter told TravelPulse. “What we do is stupendously complex – getting luggage onto aircraft, timing the ‘movement’ of Members through security while still ensuring privacy, driving across the tarmac past mega-planes all while making your cocktail exactly how you like it – but hopefully you’ll never notice.”

Private Suites feature just that – a private and spacious room loaded with amenities just for your party. A full menu with food and beverages of all sorts is available for guests, as well as a mini fridge and pantry stocked with goodies.
This space is terrific for families. Escaping the chaos inside the airport terminal, being that it is the busiest airport in the world, makes a major difference in traveling with kids.
“When welcoming families in our Private Suites, parents and little ones can relax stress-free in their own quiet and comfortable space,” said Porter. “Families will sit back and enjoy a variety of complimentary services in our Suites tailored to children and adults. We have a toy menu with wooden toys, sensory toys and board games as well as kid-friendly meal selections. We also offer bassinets upon request for little ones in need of rest. Adults can enjoy spa services, chef-prepared meals and the ultimate gift of all – calm.”
The Salon is best suited for the individual traveler, or even small groups. It’s a shared lounge space with shared transportation to and from the airplane. With more and more people accessing lounges at the airport these days, this elegant space gives travelers a bit more privacy.
PS Direct will have the traveler chauffeured directly to their home or hotel after landing in Atlanta. It’s only available on domestic arrivals.
PS ATL also offers a membership that includes preferred pricing and several other benefits, like discounts and access to Private Suite extras such as spa services, massages, manicures, etc.

As for what’s next, Porter says they want to hit the major cities in the United States.
“We have plans to open locations at other major airports across the country including DFW in 2024, and MIA in 2025. Our goal is to bring PS to every major city in the US.”
