Luxury river cruise line AmaWaterways
has announced an exclusive partnership with Allianz Partners for travel
protection products.
Guests planning a river cruise on one of AmaWaterways 31
vessels now have the ability to purchase Allianz Partners travel protection
plans during cruise booking.
Allianz
Partners’ travel protection plans include trip protection benefits that may
reimburse AmaWaterways guests up to 100 percent of their non-refundable insured
trip cost if they are required to cancel or interrupt their voyage for a reason
covered by their plan.
Travel Delay benefits may cover extra costs incurred in
catching up to a cruise when a flight is significantly delayed due to a covered
reason and may reimburse other incurred extra expenses or lost pre-paid
expenses during the covered delay.
Additional benefits may include coverage for dental and
medical emergencies, emergency medical transportation and lost, delayed or
damaged baggage
