G Adventures has a new adventure hub.
Recently opening in Henderson, Nevada, the company also launched a fleet of vans custom-made for its U.S. tours.
The "Wild West" operations center is where its new fleet of adventure vehicles will operate from and the new office provides a new base in order to streamline operations.
The custom-made vans were designed in partnership with Bus Fleet North America. The cross-country vans were designed to provide maximum comfort and convenience to guests. Onboard amenities include video screens and Wi-Fi access as well as USB ports for charging portable devices.
The fleet is made up of two types of vehicles.
Thirteen brand new, American-made adventure vans have space for 25 and are ideal for touring with giant picture windows at each seat and a glass skylight in the front to provide maximum viewing opportunities and to reduce motion sickness. These will be used on the National Geographic Journeys and on 18-30-something trips in North America (U.S. and Canada).
There are also three transit vehicles that hold up to 15 that will be used for Classic trips in North America.
G Adventures new vans have already set out on their maiden voyages, starting in California and they will soon be traveling around other parts of the country later this spring.
