TTC Tour Brands, the travel company managing Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Costsaver and Brendan Vacations, is making it easier for advisors and their clients to book groups with a new Groups Program, with more transparent group pricing, promotions and more.
The biggest part of the newly revamped Groups Program is the Custom Groups portion. It allows advisors to build a fully personalized tour for fifteen or more travelers, built from the ground up based on traveler preferences and desires.
Advisors receive support with Groups Specialists, and with the new Groups Program, advisors can provide greater transparency and confidence with locked-in group pricing, improved two-way communication and more.
"Travel advisors deserve tools that match the ambition of their groups business,” said Melissa DaSilva, Deputy CEO and Chief Sales Officer of TTC Tour Brands. "This is a huge step up for our Groups Program. We’ve listened closely to what advisors need most, and these enhancements allow advisors to be more efficient with real-time visibility, faster confirmations and stronger benefits so they can book with confidence, compete on value and deliver experiences their clients will never forget.”
TTC Tour Brands will offer a webinar on July 29 to discuss and explain the Groups Program changes and enhancements across the groups system.
Other enhancements to TTC Tour Brands’ groups department are listed below:
- Group benefits can also now be combined with eligible offers and promotions, offering a great value proposition for clients.
- Advisors can now hold space for Small Groups of 9-10 guests, and add inventory upon request.
- Advisors can provide groups with a 5% group discount, 50% off the tenth guest, or the 18th guest travels free.
- Trafalgar River Cruises now has an enhanced groups offer, including group discounts, combinable offers and a rewards program for groups.
