ALG Vacations has launched its new Advisor Portal for travel agents, a platform that will help them better navigate the vacation packager, their client’s bookings and more.
Located on the ALG Vacations website, the Advisor Portal includes performance metrics, operational tools like monitoring support ticket statuses, and helpful data to support business decision-making.
The portal is available to access on the top right corner of ALGV’s website once an advisor is logged in to their account.
“This is about giving advisors and agency owners the visibility and control they need to run their business more effectively, and with real-time data,” said Jim Tedesco, Vice President of Sales. “The Advisor Portal brings everything together in one place—from performance tracking to support tools—giving teams deeper insights to better focus and measure their selling efforts. It puts the right information at their fingertips to make faster, more informed decisions every day.”
Sales insights and trends from advisors’ own clients help develop an understanding for booking behaviors, destinations and more. Support ticket tracking helps advisors stay on track of support requests. Agency and Advisor Views provide performance-based metrics and track advisors’ progress towards Elite status with the brand’s advisor rewards program.
Throughout the month of May, advisors can take advantage of ALG Vacations’ training webinars for both advisors and agency owners to learn how to use the new portal.
