Pleasant Holidays added Panama to its roster of destinations, with Panama City, Gamboa Rainforest, the beach resorts of Playa Blanca and Playa Bonita, and two guided itineraries designed to package the high points of Panama, the Panama Canal and the local culture.
The company is offering eight properties ranging from five stars to three stars. The guided programs are offered in both Superior and Deluxe versions. Panama Guided Vacations operate every other Saturday through Dec. 6 with guaranteed departures, no minimum number of passengers.
Treasures of Panama is an eight-day/seven-night escorted tour with two nights in Panama City, including a half-day City and Panama Canal Tour; two nights at Gamboa Rainforest Resort near the canal with an Aerial Tram and Exhibits Tour, Emberá Indigenous Village Tour, Miraflores Locks; and three nights' beach hotel accommodation in Playa Bonita.
Panama Explorer is a nine-day/eight-night guided tour with two nights in Panama City including the half-day City and Panama Canal Tour; two nights at Gamboa Rainforest Resort near the Panama Canal, including an Emberá Indigenous Village Tour, an Aerial Tram and Exhibits Tour, a Gatun Expedition Tour including Monkey Island and Gatun Lake; one night at Los Mandarinos in Anton Valley, and three nights at a beach hotel in Playa Blanca.
Pleasant Holidays' Panama packages include nonstop flights to Panama City's Tocumen International Airport on American Airlines, Copa Airlines, Delta Airlines, Spirit Airlines and United Airlines, which are available from cities nationwide.
To promote the launch Pleasant Holidays is offering $100 per person air credit for clients and for travel agents 1,000 Bonus TRIP Points in Pleasant Holidays' Travel Reward Incentive Program for bookings made by April 20. Travel agents can redeem the points for travel to any Pleasant Holidays destination.
