Rental Escapes reported a record year for sales and expansion in 2023 while continuing to invest heavily in initiatives designed to support and bolster business from the travel advisor community.
The villa rental company witnessed considerable growth in its business from advisors, which it attributed to such programs as the “Keys to Success” live monthly webinars, an unbranded website, “ready-to-go emails,” a social media library, weekly “Wednesdays’ with Willie” sessions and a rewards program.
In addition to expanding to such destinations as Colombia, Curacao, Denmark and New Zealand, Rental Escapes added to its concierge, marketing, technology, training and sales teams.
“The addition of skilled individuals has enabled Rental Escapes to enhance its service offerings, evidenced through the roll-out of its redesigned app, as well as elevate the overall guest experience through its dedicated concierge service who create once-in-a-lifetime experiences for guests,” the company said.
