Whether you participate in making personal resolutions or not, you should always set travel resolutions to kick off the new year.
The top of my travel resolutions list should be featured on everyone’s list – visit a new city!
We live in a big, beautiful world, so why not see a new destination every year?
There’s nothing wrong with revisiting a place, but this world is far too amazing to go a whole year without stepping foot in a new city.
Another travel resolution everyone should aim for is to travel smarter.
Of course, that’s going to have different definitions for the different types of travelers out there…experienced travelers and frequent flyers vs. the more casual traveler or the family who only does one vacation a year.
The point is, each year we should be growing and evolving as better travelers. Otherwise, we’re failing ourselves and this remarkable planet we call home.
