In a world where you can be anything, choose to be kind.
When you think about it, it really shouldn’t be that hard to be kind to one another, especially in our travels.
Going on a trip should be fun. Excitement levels should be through the roof. Yet sometimes the stress of it all can boil over, causing many to forget basic skills and begin to act irate.
We all need to pack our patience when traveling these days.
After spending time in airports and hotels this past week, I can say it’s still a mixed bag when it comes to how people act and react during their travels.
And of course, kindness can go beyond people-to-people interactions. Being kind to our planet should be a given, but sadly it is an afterthought for many.
Post-pandemic travel is booming. Stress levels over the last three years were at all-time highs for far too many of us in the world.
The simple act of being kind needs a revival. I’m up for the challenge, are you?
Will you join me in helping the world become a better place?
