Bio
Nicole Dobrich first began in this industry back in 2009, in a brick-and-mortar. The job was supposed to be a temporary position while on the hunt for a teaching position after graduating from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, social studies. However, she quickly realized how much she loved booking travel and decided to continue down that path for a bit longer.
In 2013, she transitioned to a host agency so she could work from home after her son was born. When Dobrich began with KHM Travel Group, she quickly realized how different this would be from her brick-and-mortar job, being tasked with finding her own clientele rather than it typically calling into the office or walking into the office to book a vacation.
After later joining Loveshack Vacations and focusing on the romance industry, Dobrich won Rookie of the Year for her sales and was in the running the following year for Agent of the Year. She then decided to make another change in her career to join a new company as their National Training Coordinator.
She worked with Luxevo Vacations as their National Training Coordinator, along with still selling travel, from 2018 to 2021. During her time as the National Training Coordinator, she trained thousands of agents who came on board with Luxevo Vacations via virtual trainings (videos and training she created) and live trainings. Dobrich also created a Romance Training offered to agents who wanted to focus their niche on selling romance. This is one of her most prized accomplishments, where her teaching degree came into play.
In 2021, Dobrich decided she wanted to fully focus on selling travel again, so she joined Liz Moore Destination Weddings, coming on board as U.S. Sales Manager and quickly building a successful team of a dozen advisors.
Over these last few years with Liz, her opportunities continue to grow. Dobrich looks forward to what her future holds and is proud of how far she’s come.
Dobrich is 39 years old.
