Just as Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort fans thought the all-inclusive brand had hit the ultimate high note, Palace Resorts has announced a fresh concept at its signature property in Cancun. Positioned to be a luxury hotel within the expansive AAA Four Diamond property, the resort's new Moon Grand will consist of three distinctive sections - Moon Grand, Nizuc and Sunrise.
Upon completion of an ambitious, ongoing $450 million enhancement this December, Moon Grand will provide guests with more spacious luxury accommodations and exclusive access to resort dining options.

Among other highlights within the 123-acre property that rests on a secluded white sand beach will be an elaborate beach club, Awe-Spa, fitness center, children's waterpark, trendy teen lounge, six-lane bowling alley, five swim-up bars, and 16 food and beverage outlets.
"Palace Resorts invites guests to 'Live the Palace Life,' a concept that reflects the unmatched offerings we provide at each of our resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean," said Gibran Chapur, Palace Resorts' executive vice president. "The new Moon Grand will take the concept offering to the next level, by creating a world that transcends convention and expectations."
Chapur noted that the new Moon Grand concept will couple the tailored attitude of a boutique experience with the grand status of a world-class resort destination. "While the company will continue to expand to new markets with exciting new properties, Palace Resorts will further cultivate our core portfolio as is made evident with the ongoing enhancement of our signature property in Cancun."
Sandor Winkler, Palace Resorts' chief development officer, added that Moon Grand will further elevate service via a collection of curated experiences appealing to distinctive niches. "Moon Grand is Palace Resorts' response to the underserved luxury family segment," said Winkler. "The premiere resort within a resort concept will provide fantastic, upgraded and spacious facilities that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike."
While the new Moon Grand section will appeal to savvy travelers seeking a more customized luxe lifestyle experience, Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort will maintain its allure to travelers from all walks of life.
Grand Fun for Every Age
Regardless of their age, your clients and their traveling entourage will relish engaging in diversions and attractions not seen before in the destination. Beyond "The Playroom" and teens club, guests can cut loose at the six-lane bowling alley with lounge and bar, and in the massive waterpark with pulse-pumping slides.
After the sun sets, adults can mix and mingle amid eight bars and lounges, plus the Moon Grand's two nightclubs - including the new "Unique" nightclub with its glamorous decor, live entertainment and specialty cocktails.
As the heart of the total Palace lifestyle, Moon Grand's new 76,875-square-foot Awe-Spa will indulge with 60-plus spa suites, plunge pools, a hydrotherapy circuit, and steam and sauna rooms. The Moon Palace's second spa will continue to pamper with inventive treatments in a totally immersive environment.
Your clients can stay in shape on the road with new fitness facilities that include smart technology treadmills, weight lifting equipment, elliptical machines, and wellness class area for yoga, spinning and Pilates.
The Agent's Edge
To boost your bookings, keep in mind that the property is an ideal venue for destination weddings and corporate affairs. The enhanced offerings will include more than 80,000 square feet of event and meeting space blending style and convenience. Other enhancements will provide your Moon Grand clients with a theater for nearly 1,000 guests, exhibition areas, ballrooms and outdoor spaces.
