</p><p>Grand Solmar garner Preferred status for its well-appointed oceanfront residential-style suites nestled among Land's End natural rocks. Property amenities include 10 restaurants, a fitness center, Sea Spa Cabanas, private beach and infinity edge swimming pools fringed with white canvas cabanas.</p><p>The announcement comes on the heels of the luxury property completing the third and final phase of development.
