Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island

The upcoming Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island offers travelers a luxurious private island experience, with plenty of natural wonders to discover. The all-villa resort offers villas up to five bedrooms. A natural oasis, Platte Island is accessible only by private plane and offers intimate experiences in which to discover whale sharks, manta rays and other local wildlife. The resort's six restaurants will offer garden-to-table cuisine. The resort will open February 15, 2024.

Conrad Singapore Orchard

Opening January 1, 2024, the Conrad Singapore Orchard will open with magnetic appeal, only one block away from the prestigious Orchard Road, known for its shopping. The hotel will offer 445 residential-style accommodations, including 46 suites featuring double terraces with scenic views of the city. Besides many other amenities, the hotel will also feature its own Michelin-starred restaurant, Summer Palace.

Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa

Opening summer of 2024 is the Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa. Located at the foot of Mount Otemanu and featuring a private lagoon, the resort was completely renovated and rebranded to offer a modernized, family-friendly luxury resort experience. The resort will feature overwater bungalow and villa options, and feature its own ecology center and turtle sanctuary for guests to learn about local conservation initiatives.

KAI Akiu

Hoshino Resorts' newest property is located at the historic Akiu Onsen in Japan's Miyagi Prefecture. With over 1,500 years of human history, the new hotel will offer a year-round wellness retreat where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of nature. The hotel will offer 49 guestrooms, all of which offer stunning views of Natori River, while the hotel includes access to two indoor public baths, as well as open-air rock baths.

Pixar Place Hotel

Pixar Place Hotel will be the newest accommodation offering at Disneyland in California, opening January 30, 2024. The hotel will replace the Paradise Pier Hotel and immerse families in the worlds of their favorite Pixar movies, from "The Incredibles" to "Monsters, Inc." The hotel will feature three restaurants, including an American-style diner and a cafe, along with a Pixar-themed store and a "Finding Nemo"-themed splash pad area. 

Graduate Princeton

Located in historic Princeton, New Jersey is the upcoming addition to the Graduate Hotels portfolio. The Graduate Princeton will open in the spring as part of a 180-room hybrid adaptive property that boasts over a century of use as a college dormitory. The hotel will feature dining and drinking outlets, as well as 6,000 square feet of public space, all decorated in the brand's signature maximalist style.

The InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue

The first InterContinental hotel to open in the U.S. in six years and the first in the Pacific Northwest, the InterContinental Bellevue at The Avenue will open next year beginning February 28, 2024 in Bellevue, Washington. Located just across Lake Washington from Seattle, the new development will add a sparkling addition to the lakefront skyline and provide travelers with a new, luxury accommodation offering. The hotel will have 208 rooms and a selection of suites, as well as a globally inspired restaurant portfolio including a 3-star Michelin dining experience headed by Chef Joshua Skenes.

The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie

Next fall, travelers heading to Phoenix can enjoy a new luxury development project and resort to enjoy: The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley, The Palmeraie. The luxurious, 20-acre resort will feature several dining options and accommodation styles, a two-story spa and 20,000 square feet of indoor event space alone, not to mention seven outdoor event lawns and gardens for weddings and other events.

Six Senses Kyoto

The Six Senses Kyoto will open in the Higashiyama district of one of Japan's cultural capitals at the beginning of summer 2024. It'll be one of the most luxurious and aptly centered accommodations in Kyoto, from where guests can explore centuries-old pilgrimage routes, serene temples and incredible culinary experiences. It will offer 81 guestrooms and includes gardens, a wellness experience combining traditional Japanese practices with modern ones and more.

Marriott Hotel

Marriott Hotel will open in Adelaide/Tarntanya, South Australia in 2024. It will be located in the city's former post office building. The luxury hotel will offer amazing views of the city, 85 rooms, a fitness center and pool. The hotel offers an ideal location for guests to explore Adelaide.

Caesars Republic Scottsdale

Caesars Republic Scottsdale will open in Scottsdale, Arizona in February, 2024. The first non-gaming lifestyle hotel by Caesars Entertainment, the 11-story hotel offers 265 rooms, two dining options spearheaded by chef Giada De Laurentiis, a 7th-floor lounge and pool area with views of Camelback Mountain and close proximity to the Scottsdale Fashion Square.

Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr

The Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr will open in early 2024 as Rabat's newest luxury resort, offering six historical and five new buildings across the large property. The historical building were once a sultan's summer residence in the 1700s and later served as a military hospital. The resort will feature twelve acres of landscaped gardens, oceanfront views, 200 guest rooms and suites as well as several dining and drinking offerings.

Kimpton San Antonio

Opening in 2024 is the Kimpton San Antonio, which will repurpose two historical buildings, including an 1850s German-English schoolhouse, into its luxury offerings. The property will span ten acres and feature 347 rooms and suites, 10,000 square feet of event space, a rooftop pool and more. Perks to being a Kimpton San Antonio guest include free bike rentals, pet-friendly accommodations and more. The hotel will be within walking distance of the city's convention center and historic River Walk.

Moxy Banff

The second Moxy hotel in Canada will open in Banff National Park in early 2024. The modern, playful vibe will encourage friends and families to explore and play both inside and out, with a courtyard featuring hot pools and fire pits, as well as indoor social areas. Accommodations include toe-to-toe beds and double bunk offerings, connecting rooms and rooms with kitchenettes to accommodate a variety of guests.

Conrad Orlando

Part of Evermore Orlando Resort, near Walt Disney World, is the Conrad Orlando, opening January 9, 2024. The resort offers a stunning array of experiences, from an 8-acre lagoon to a golf course, five restaurants and lounges, a spa, a beach, and 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces. It offers over 400 rooms and suites with different configurations.

ME Malta

ME by Meliá is opening a new ME Malta hotel in St. Julian's. The property will offer a modern design with 140 rooms and suites, a rooftop bar and several dining offerings. The hotel is designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid.

Jumeirah The Red Sea

Jumeirah The Red Sea is a new resort opening in 2024 on Shura Island in western Saudi Arabia. The resort will offer room and suite options, along with larger pool and beach villas. With a unique single-story design, the resort offers a 'barefoot luxury' design. Features include a luxury spa and globally inspired dining offerings.

Nobu Hotel Toronto

Nobu Hotel Toronto will open next summer as a 45-story building in the heart of the city's Entertainment District. As the first Nobu branded hotel in the country, the hotel will boast 660 residential units and 36 suites, offering a hotel lounge, wellness area and two-story Nobu restaurant.

Pier Sixty-Six Resort

Pier Sixty-Six Resort will open next year as one of the hottest new resorts in Fort Lauderdale. Offering a shimmering, modern design, the resort boasts its own superyacht marina, 40,000 square feet of event space, 325 rooms and suites, a spa and twelve dining options, including the rotating Pier Top Bar, a 17th-story observation deck offering 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city.

The Lince Santa Clara

The Lince Santa Clara will open next year in Portugal's Vila do Conde, only a short drive away from Porto. The hotel blends over 700 years of history with the luxury guests desire. The hotel overlooks the sea and the nearby river, offering 87 rooms and suites, a 2 Michelin starred-restaurant, a Sisley Paris Wellness Center, two bars, an infinity pool and much more.

Kotiyagala Luxury Villas

This luxury villa eco-resort in Sri Lanka's Yala National Park combines the best of the luxury retreat experience with adventure. There are only twelve one-, two- and three-bedroom villas in the entire property, all complete with private pools and boasting beautiful views of the national park.
