Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences

Spread over seven acres in Palm Beach County's picturesque Singer Island, Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences aims to offer a new paradigm of mindful living and the ultimate yogi retreat for those pursuing an unparalleled wellness getaway. The resort, which blends Eastern traditions and inner science with Western luxury, all enhanced through incorporation of modern technologies and personalized programming, even offers guests a personal wellness assistant who is available 24/7 via app, texting, call or facetime (in other words, it won't exactly be as relaxing an experience for the assistant as it is for the guest). Your wellness assistant serves as an assigned advisor who structures a wellness plan based on five pillars: nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, sleep, and relaxation. Sounds pretty enticing right? The property is scheduled to welcome its first guests in Q1 2020 and is curated in partnership with the Himalayan Institute.

Alaia Belize

Belize's first Marriott International Autograph Collection property is opening December 2020 on Ambergris Caye's San Pedro Town (dubbed La Isla Bonita by Madonna). The beachfront community resort will sit on 20-plus acres and feature a hotel, as well as two- and three-bedroom condominiums and oceanfront villas available for purchase. Debuting as one of the first branded developments in the country, Alaia Belize will include world-class amenities, such as a beach club, rooftop suspended pool and lounge (a first for Belize), full-service spa, fitness center, kids club, dive shop and live art gallery, as well as interiors by renowned Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar.

Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda

In November 2019, Club Med, the pioneer of the all-inclusive concept, will open a 5-Trident (5-star) resort in Miches, a secluded paradise located on the northeast coast of the Dominican Republic. Club Med Miches Playa Esmeralda will be the very first operating resort in the undiscovered northeast region of the island and the brand's first Exclusive Collection resort in the Americas, as well as its first resort opening in the North American region in over 25 years. The resort just announced an exciting array of culinary options as well.

New Sister Resort Complex in Dominican Republic

Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana will be Juanillo Beach's newest complex, encompassing the family-friendly Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana and the adults-only resort Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana will feature a free-flowing and whimsical aesthetics and extensive culinary offerings spanning fast food, Italian and Asian/Mongolian, among others The property will also include an old school diner offering everything from a robust selection of coffee to ice cream sundaes for kids. There will also be multiple pools on property, a custom water park built with both kids and adults in mind, and large slides, lazy rivers and a splash pad for the little ones.

Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana

The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana will feature a sophisticated and serene design with an elevated touch. Culinary offerings will range from a fast-casual eatery to a French-inspired coffee shop and patisserie and a Dominican-infused bar. There will also be a Hindu restaurant set inside an actual train car. Guests will also have access to a theater, water park and a spa decked out in the rare, blue sky colored larimar stone found only in the Dominican Republic.

Esperanza Mansion

Located on a promontory with breathtaking views of Keuka Lake, one of the 11 pristine Finger Lakes, the 1838-built Esperanza Mansion will see itself reimagined when it opens in August 2020 as a hotel, culinary and bridal destination. Property highlights include rooms named after the various wines produced in the Finger Lakes, original period artwork decking the walls, and a new speakeasy for a gentleman's spot or for brides and grooms seeking solace before and after the ceremony. The mansion will offer accommodations both within the early 19th-century structure as well as within a separate, more modern offshoot building.

Bermudiana Beach Resort, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences

Amid the recent massive hotel boom taking place in Dubai, (which includes the openings of Andaz, St. Regis, W Hotel and more), The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences is set to be one of the most impressive new offerings. Slated to open in the third quarter of 2020, the 43-story hotel will feature dramatic architecture, a 1.5-mile private beach, 35 world-class restaurants, a rooftop infinity pool, and a new generation of luxury.

In Croatia, Hvar's first five-star hotel, Palace Elisabeth, will open its doors this summer. Overlooking the largest main square in Dalmatia, the newly renovated hotel dates back to the 13th-century when it was once the duke's palace during the Venetian rule. The property's 45 rooms incorporate stunning Venetian architectural elements that were preserved during the renovation. Hotel amenities include yacht rentals and an indoor swimming pool.
