An agent's certification is earned following the completion of five required educational courses and training modules. Once certified, agents can begin earning rewards through Atlantis Ambassador Rewards. All agents are required to log their own bookings in order to earn points, which will become available for agent's use after their client's stay has been completed and validated.</p><p>The simple system is tiered based on factors such as type of tower booked (Beach, Coral, or Royal Towers, The Reef Atlantis, The Cove Atlantis, or Harborside) and length of stay, with the ability to either redeem or "bank" points, and execute double points during certain periods. Rewards range from gift cards to a VIP site inspection to complimentary room nights and a shallow-water interaction at Dolphin Cay Atlantis. All registered agents will also receive access to Atlantis' exclusive "insider" communications, invitations to in-market presentations, dinners, and FAMs.</p><p>Travel Agents who earn their certification within the first three months of the program's launch will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win a three-night complimentary stay in the iconic Royal Towers, awarded monthly. Additionally, Atlantis Ambassadors who participate in the companion, points-based travel agent loyalty program are eligible an ongoing prize opportunity that is awarded every quarter.
