Paris is always a good idea, but for travelers in Nashville and San Diego next year, it will be especially so.
Air France just announced plans to launch new nonstop service to both cities from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) in spring 2027.
Both new routes will have three flights a week during the summer season on board Air France’s Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The three-cabin planes feature the carrier’s business class, as well as its premium and economy classes.
Service from San Diego (SAN) begins May 3, 2027, and service from Nashville (BNA) will begin on May 14, 2027. Flights from both cities will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
On the Nashville route, the carrier is also paying a special tribute to Dolly Parton by assigning the flight number AF046 to the service. The number pays homage to Parton’s birth year, 1946, and comes as Nashville has also renamed its airport after the beloved country music star.
With the launch of the two new flights, Air France will serve a total of 20 United States destinations during summer 2027.
Fares for both routes are set to go on sale October 14 on Air France’s booking site.
