On Tuesday, Frontier Airlines officials were forced to call for help when flight attendants found a passenger stowing a monkey in his shirt.
According to The Associated Press, the incident occurred on a Frontier Airlines flight from Columbus, Ohio, to Las Vegas when airline employees discovered the passenger holding a live monkey in his shirt.
The male passenger informed attendants that the monkey was a service animal, but refused to provide the proper documents to verify the animal's status. Frontier Airlines spokesman Richard Oliver told the media that the passenger broke the rules by not informing the airline that he was boarding the flight with a service animal.

McCarran International Airport spokeswoman Christine Crews said that police were on the scene to meet the airplane when it landed in Las Vegas, but determined the monkey was indeed a certified service animal.
Frontier officials said the monkey was brought on the plane in a duffel bag, but never became loose during the flight. It's unclear if the passenger will face any repercussions for not declaring the service animal.
