Brightline has introduced new fare options offering its guests
more choice and flexibility in their travel.
The new FLEX fares cater to guests traveling to
and from Orlando, enabling passengers to now choose travel in SMART or PREMIUM
coaches with a range of fare flexibility. These include:
FLEX is the newest fare option to or from Orlando allowing
guests to cancel for a refund to their original form of payment or change their
trip without a change fee. SELECT offers limited options for trip modifications
and SAVER (only available in SMART) is the most economical way to travel with
Brightline to or from Orlando.
As ridership continues to grow and guest profiles further
diversify, Brightline identified a need for a fully flexible fare product that
appeals to travelers who require greater flexibility.
"We understand that travel plans can change, sometimes
unexpectedly," said Julie Sharenow, VP of Sales, Brightline Trains Florida
in a statement. "That's why we're
committed to offering fare options that provide our guests with the flexibility
they need to book with confidence. By
expanding choice and giving travelers greater control over their journeys,
we're making it easier for our guests to travel on their terms while continuing
to deliver the exceptional experience they expect from us."
Onboard and in-station experiences associated with these
classes remain unchanged.
