Universal Orlando Resort announced it would bring back its
annual Rock the Universe Christian music festival to Universal Studios Florida
on January 22 and 23, 2027.
The two-day event will combine live Christian music, worship
experiences, and access to select theme park attractions, with the festival’s
lineup featuring several prominent Christian music acts.
Friday’s performers include GRAMMY Award-winning Elevation
Worship, Jamie MacDonald, Rave Jesus, Benjamin William Hastings, Strings &
Heart, 1K Phew, Joseph O’Brien, Maddi Jane, and John Allan.
Josiah Queen will lead Saturday’s lineup, which will also
include Katy Nichole, Franni Cash, CAIN, Megan Woods, gio., Peter Burton, Sam
Wesley, and Torey D’Shaun.
Universal described the event as Florida’s biggest Christian
music festival.
In addition to the concerts, Rock the Universe guests will
have access to select attractions at Universal Florida during the event,
including Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts, Revenge of the Mummy,
Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem, and Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast.
The weekend will also include worship experiences,
culminating with a Sunday morning service on January 24. The event is
separately ticketed, but Universal is offering a “Rock Your Weekend” option
that combines Rock the Universe activities with daytime access to Universal
Orlando’s theme parks.
Tickets and vacation packages for Rock the Universe 2027 are
scheduled to go on sale September 15, with options including single-night event
tickets and weekend packages.
