Make the Season Grand With Grand Canyon Railway's Polar Express

<p><em>Photos via <a href="https://www.facebook.com/grandcanyonrailway/photos/pb.95789474983.-2207520000.1450118221./10150355090179984/?type=3&amp;theater" target="_blank">Facebook</a> </em></p><p>For a fortunate few, the holiday season will be far grander this year than years prior.</p><p>That's because they will enjoy the truly special and insanely festive atmosphere aboard the <a href="http://www.thetrain.com/special-events/the-polar-express/" target="_blank">Grand Canyon Railway's Polar Express</a>.</p><p>Now we have featured <a href="/news/car-rental-and-rail/6-magical-polar-express-and-christmas-train-rides.html" target="_self">holiday trains</a> in the past, but it seemed prudent to enter once more into the festive fray for a rail excursion that still boasts a modicum of seats.</p><p>As of this writing, you can still get in various timeslots before Christmas and a couple <a href="http://www.thetrain.com/special-events/the-polar-express/" target="_blank">after the New Year</a>.</p><p>If you want an inkling as to what you will encounter amid your travels, the following video promises nothing short of a meeting with Santa.</p><p><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/UGejMmr5G6c" width="640">##</iframe></p><p>Now we unfortunately can't confirm whether this is the real Santa or one of his helpers.</p><p>The website delves a bit further on the 90-minute expedition: "Grand Canyon Railway's The Polar Express is a magical, nighttime train adventure to the 'North Pole.'
