Aqua Expeditions will embark on a special Mekong River sailing with Lululemon brand ambassador and fitness guru, Alex Salihin.
Salihin is an expert in his field. He is a professional fitness trainer based in Singapore and founder of LEVEL, a boutique wellness studio based in the city that takes a holistic approach to fitness and well-being. The facility is home to some of Singapore's best personal trainers, yoga teachers and rehab practitioners.
The historically and culturally rich Mekong is an ideal place to explore mindfulness as well as physical and mental fitness. The special sailing will incorporate a variety of fitness opportunities both on land and onboard.
The four-night sailing will depart on December 15, 2017, wrapping up on December 19. The cruise will begin in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and includes sailing to the silversmith village of Koh Chen, the former royal capital of Udong; mountain biking in the countryside of Kampong Chhang; the remote village of Preah Prosop and more. The journey finishes in Phnom Penh.
Several unique experiences have been incorporated into the itinerary: Guests will be able to participate in morning yoga classes on the outdoor sundeck of the Aqua Mekong led by Salihin. Meditation classes will also be taught using sound and breath. The practice incorporates Nada (sound) yoga and pranayama breathing techniques to reduce stress and help achieve inner peace.

Salihin will also offer personal, one-on-one training sessions. He will evaluate guests' fitness goals and help them develop "lifestyle appropriate" fitness routines.
Spa treatments will be available from internationally trained massage therapists who combine traditional Khmer and Asian spa treatments.
Each day, guests will be able to participate in biking and kayaking along the banks of the Tonle Sap River and around Koh Oknha Tey Island. Hybrid mountain bikes are available to guests to take on guided excursions through local villages, riding along the banks of the river or pedaling around the island.
Guests will also be able to take two-man, open-top kayaks to floating villages and along the Mekong River.
