Norwegian
Cruise Line has announced it first-ever First Responder Discount, along
with special deals available through its Military Appreciation Program and
Teacher Cruise Discount.
The brand-new discount created exclusively for active and
retired first responders in the US and Canada includes law enforcement
personnel, firefighters, emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and others and
offers a five percent discount off the voyage fare on all cruises, or for a limited
time, 15 percent off select sailings.
NCL’s year-round Military Appreciation Program honors both
veterans and active-duty military members in the US and Canada with a special
military reception onboard, exclusive challenge coins and a 10 percent discount
off voyage fares, along with a limited- time 20 percent off select sailings. The
discount can be extended to non-military travel companions, making it easier
for family and friends to stay together.
Educators in the US and Canada can also take advantage of a
five percent year-round Teacher Cruise Discount along with 15 percent off select
voyages.
Beyond the exclusive community deals, NCL’s Free at Sea
package, combinable with other offers, offers over $2,000 in savings on
guest-favorite amenities including unlimited open bar, specialty dining, Wi-Fi
and shore excursion credits.
Guests also have access to the cruise line’s recently
enhanced Bahamas’ private island, Great Stirrup Cay with an expansive pool
area, two swim-up bars, family-fun water features, water view cabanas, an
adults-only area and soon to debut, Great Tides Waterpark featuring 19 slides,
cliffside jumps and a Wandering River.

military put others first,” said Marc Kazlauskas, president of Norwegian Cruise
Line in a statement. “We’re proud to honor them with these new and enhanced
deals, so they can enjoy the kind of vacation they truly deserve.”
