PONANT EXPLORATIONS is shining the spotlight on its upcoming summer voyages in the Mediterranean.
This summer, the line is offering six family-focused itineraries in Greece and Sicily, as well as a series of culturally immersive voyages developed in partnership with Smithsonian Journeys.
Onboard, guests will be able to enjoy Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and Mediterranean wines, as well as one included shore excursion at every port of call. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit UNESCO World Heritage sites like the Acropolis, the Epidaurus Theatre, the ramparts of Dubrovnik and the medieval city of Kotor.
For little ones traveling with their families, PONANT EXPLORATIONS offers the Kid Explorers Club, developed in partnership with the Maud Fontenoy Foundation, a group focused on ocean preservation. The club is available for kids ages four to 13 and includes daily activities designed around the cruise schedule, like craft activities, educational workshops, board games, swimming, shore walks and treasure hunts.
The itineraries crafted in partnership with Smithsonian Journeys include specially curated excursions with local guides, as well as lectures from two Smithsonian Journeys experts.
