Singapore is a small island city-state in Southeast Asia known for its diverse culture, delicious food, and modern skyline. From its iconic landmarks to its vibrant neighborhoods, there is no shortage of things to see and do in Singapore.

Whether interested in history and culture or simply looking for a fun and exciting vacation, Singapore has something for everyone. This guide will explore some of the best things to do in Singapore. So come and discover the best of Singapore!

Visit Gardens By The Bay

This 101-hectare garden features unique and diverse plants from around the world, and the iconic Supertree Grove, a collection of 18 vertical gardens that light up at night.

It's a great place to visit during the day and at night, and the view from the OCBC Skyway, a 128-meter walkway that connects two of the Supertrees, is breathtaking.

Walk Around Clarke Quay

Clarke Quay because it's a historical riverside quay that has been transformed into a vibrant entertainment area. The area is filled with colorful shops, restaurants, and bars, and it's a great place to take a stroll, enjoy the view, and sample the local cuisine.

When we visited Clarke Quay, we walked along the river, taking in the sights and sounds of the area. We were impressed by the colorful and well-preserved heritage buildings and enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the place.

Visit The Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands is an iconic hotel and resort located in the heart of Singapore. It's a must-see attraction for visitors to the city. The resort features a luxury hotel, a convention center, a shopping mall, a museum, and an infinity pool on its rooftop, which offers a panoramic view of the city.

Another reason to visit Marina Bay Sands is for shopping. The resort features a luxury shopping mall with a wide range of high-end brands, and it's a great place to shop for luxury goods and souvenirs.

Explore Little India

During our trip, we loved exploring Little India - a neighborhood that celebrates Indian culture and heritage. It's a great place to experience Singapore's vibrant and colorful side, and it's a unique contrast to the modern and polished parts of the city.

We visited the Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple, one of Singapore's most important Hindu temples. The temple is dedicated to the goddess Kali, and it's known for its intricate and colorful architecture. Here you can learn about the Hindu culture and tradition for a unique and exciting experience.

Visit The ArtScience Museum

The ArtScience Museum is a fun place to visit, and the exhibitions are always worth checking out. The museum is an iconic building located at Marina Bay Sands. It's an architectural masterpiece in the shape of a lotus flower. It's also a great place to take a break from the heat and enjoy some indoor activities.

. The museum has a variety of exhibits that rotate regularly, and they are always thought-provoking and engaging. The collections are a great way to learn about art and science and are interactive and fun.

Explore The Singapore Botanic Gardens

The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a 74-hectare garden featuring a variety of plants, flowers, and trees. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore.

We took a stroll along the paths and trails, enjoying the different gardens and landscapes. We highly recommend visiting the National Orchid Garden in the Botanic Gardens. It's home to thousands of lovely orchids and is a beautiful place to see!

Take A Boat Tour

Taking a boat tour on the Singapore River is a great way to explore the city and see the skyline from a different perspective. The boat tour usually takes around an hour. It takes you past some of Singapore's iconic landmarks, such as the Merlion, the Fullerton Heritage, the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay, and many more.

The tour guides are knowledgeable and provide interesting information about the landmarks and buildings along the river. In our opinion, this is the best way to understand the city's history and learn more about Singapore's transformation from a small fishing village to a modern metropolis.
