The eighth annual Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit returns to Las Vegas on May 8, featuring even more resorts, chefs, events and guests.
Scheduled to run from May 8-11, the popular event showcases some of the world's most renowned chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and mixologists in food, wine and cocktail experiences.
A total of 31 events are currently confirmed to take place at ARIA, Bellagio, Caesars Palace, MGM Grand, and The Venetian.
Eight new events are on sale, including a collaborative dinner with Bobby Flay and Giada de Laurentiis; lunch with Thomas Keller; Burgers, Beers & Boozy Shakes with Mario Batali and a first-ever "Live Like A High-Roller" MGM Grand exclusive package. Mario Batali's celebrity golf classic raises funds for the Mario Batali Foundation, which ensures children are "well fed, well read and well cared for."
Jean-Georges Vongerichten will also be serving up culinary delights at two ARIA events - Celebrity Chef Brunch: A Mother's Day Weekend Celebration and Chefs' Counter: All-Star Feast, alongside other all-star chefs including Shawn McClain, Masa Takayama and Michael Mina.
The popular "Master Series Dinner" with Gordon Ramsay returns to Caesars on May 8, featuring award-winning cuisine from one of the world's most recognized chefs.
Chefs Mario Batali and Buddy Valastro are the headlining mentors to two students from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in the Chase Sapphire Preferred Grill Challenge (second annual) as they vie for $20,000 in scholarship funds during The Night Market at The Venetian on May 8.
Stemmari will also host a wine seminar featuring Sicilian favorites on May 9, and don't forget to check out the all-encompassing experience at Hakkasan's restaurant and nightclub.
