The award-winning television series American Horror Story is once again returning to Universal Orlando Resort's Halloween Horror Nights in 2017 starting on Sep. 15.
For the second consecutive year, fans of both American Horror Story and Halloween Horror Nights will be terrified by the iconic scenes and characters which have made the show so popular.
The American Horror Story maze at Universal Orlando will bring three new installments of the series to life. The Asylum will bring guests face-to-face with a serial killer called Bloody Face, the Coven will put visitors in a rivalry between witches and a voodoo queen and Roanoke will highlight the horrific relations between the Millers, Piggy Man and the Polk family.

"We are thrilled to bring the incredible storytelling and iconic characters of 'American Horror Story' back to Halloween Horror Nights for a second year," Universal Orlando Resort senior director of entertainment creative Michael Aiello said in a statement. "Last year, 'American Horror Story' was the highest guest-rated haunted house in Halloween Horror Nights history - and we can't wait to immerse our guests in all-new horrors from the show."

Not only will American Horror Story be coming to Orlando, but the series will also be the theme for an all-new horrifying maze at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights. More information about the new attraction in California will be revealed in the coming months.
In 2017, Halloween Horror Nights 27 at Universal Orlando will run from Sep. 15 to Nov. 4 for a record-breaking 34 nights. Guests will be treated to some of the scariest theme park attractions in the world based on horror films, TV shows and original stories via multiple scarezones and terrifying live shows.
