Today marks one year since the opening performance of Carrie Underwood's acclaimed Sin City production, 'REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency' at Resorts World Theatre. To the delight of fans, the eight-time Grammy Award-winning global superstar took the opportunity to announce that she'll be reprising the show next year.
She was the first music artist to take the stage at the new Resorts World Theatre when the innovative venue opened its doors last year, performing to a sold-out premiere audience on December 1, 2021. In fact, all 18 of the show dates between December 2021 and Spring 2022 were completely sold out, as REFLECTION was considered a must-see after garnering much critical acclaim and rave reviews from fans.
But, thanks to Underwood's decision to extend her Vegas residency into 2023, her devoted fans and all country music lovers will get another chance to experience REFLECTION live and in person, with the artist performing onstage alongside her band, dancers, aerialists and a special virtual orchestra. in the intimate venue for which the production was expressly designed.
The production was designed expressly to be performed in the Resorts World Theatre, a state-of-the-art, multi-level venue that's capable of supplying the spectacular special effects, pyrotechnics, and cutting-edge audio and visual technology that a production like this demands.
Resorts World Theatre boasts a 5,000-guest capacity, but it also creates an intimate audience experience where even the furthest seat is situated only 150 feet from the stage. The new REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency show dates, with a limited number of VIP packages, will go on sale to the public at 10:00 a.m. PT on Friday, December 9; although American Express Card Members can purchase tickets a bit soon, starting on Tuesday, December 6 at 10:00 a.m. PT.
