Disney announced Monday that visitors using the theme park company's complimentary bus service will now be able to find out exactly when their ride will arrive.
Using the My Disney Experience mobile app, guests will be able to track their ride with the new bus time feature and enjoy more time at the company's theme parks instead of waiting at the bus stop.
The bus time feature of Disney's app will allow people to find up-to-the-minute estimates of when the next bus will depart from each Disney Resort hotel. It also shows visitors when they are expected to arrive at all four theme parks, two water parks, and the Disney Springs area.
In addition, the My Disney Experience app update is highlighted by an improved design that makes features easier to navigate, including the See Bus Times option, mobile food ordering service, adding tickets, discovering key park offerings and more.
The Disney app already allows guests to view room charges, keep track of dining plan usage, check into a hotel online and even use their phone as a digital key at Disney's Wilderness and additional Disney Resort hotels in the future.
The My Disney Experience app is available in the Apple Store for iOS devices and Google Play for Android devices. More additions to the mobile program will be announced in the future.
