For Peanuts fans ready to celebrate the 75th anniversary of
the first publication of Charles Schulz's famous comic strip, Knott's Berry
Farm is throwing a major party.
According to the California theme park, the Peanuts
celebration in 2025 will include a new musical and exhibit dedicated to Schulz,
as well as sketching lessons on the Peanuts characters at the Bird Cage
Theatre.
The musical—dubbed “Let's Celebrate”—will take place weekends
on the Calico Mine Stage, while the nightly show, “Snoopy's Legendary Rooftop
Concert,” will also be staged at the Calico Mine featuring Peanuts characters
and The Jelly of the Month Club band.
Knott's Berry Farm also revealed that a new exhibit
dedicated to the life of Schulz will open at Calico's Town Hall, while visitors
can also expect a Peanuts Cowboy Jamboree and Pigpen's Pig Pen, which is a
petting zoo experience in the Livery Stables.
The celebration of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and the rest of the
gang will take place on weekends starting on February 8 and run through March
9.
