The airline industry gets a bad reputation at times from travelers, but the majority of flight attendants are still genuinely good people, and a Thai Airways steward proved that once again last week.
According to Coconuts Bangkok, an attendant working on a Thai Airways flight from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur last Wednesday was photographed spoon-feeding an elderly passenger who was having trouble eating.

The flight attendant wasn't helping the elderly passenger to gain notoriety, as the image went viral only after another person on the plane shared the story on the Internet. The passenger who shared the random act of kindness is named Thomas Lim, and he wrote online:
"Saw something that really touched me. This air steward on Thai Airways TG417 from Suvarnabhumi BKK to KLIA today fed an elderly gentleman his meal. This elderly gentleman has problems eating by himself so this air steward helped him to eat. Very good to see kindness like this. His kindness should be applauded and praised."

Coconuts Bangkok shared the image on Twitter of the attendant spoon feeding the passenger:
This is not the first time a Thai Airways attendant was caught doing random acts of kindness for passengers, though. In 2014, a crew member was photographed sewing a pair of pants for a person who ripped a hole in them during a flight.
