Gaylord Hotels and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences have teamed up to introduce a DC Comics-themed activation at select Gaylord Hotels, called DC Summer.
The experience debuts this May 23 through September 1 at the Gaylord Texan Resort, Gaylord Palms, Gaylord Rockies and Gaylord Texan.
The event includes the Universe of Light Featuring DC at the Gaylord Texan, a walkthrough attraction comprising over 1,000 glowing lanterns crafted by artisans from Zigong, China, which is known for its 1,000-year-old lantern-making tradition, and inspired by DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains.
Attendees can visit Wonder Woman’s home of Themyscira and walk the streets of Superman’s Metropolis, among many more fun lantern creations.

Other experiences include the DC Super Hero’s Mission Checklist, a fun list of challenges for attendees to complete; Revenge of The Riddler Scavenger Hunt, a puzzle-solving quest; the DC Super Hero Craft Zone, Hall of Justice Character Dining, a DC Super Secret Menu, superhero sightings and much more.
Those who attend DC Summer will be able to purchase exclusive DC merchandise.
