Avoya Travel Rolls Out Agency Marketing Platform

Avoya Travel announced the introduction of its new Agency Marketing Platform (AMP), a unique web-based technology platform.

The AMP program is aimed at amplifying the marketing reach of Avoya Travel Network's independent agencies. The host agency reported that AMP has already delivered sales increases of up to 54 percent for participating members.

AMP is an optional program available exclusively to Avoya agencies. Avoya began running trials for AMP last August and has been slowly rolling it out to select trial groups over the past six months. The trial groups started small and have gradually increased over time. In its beta release AMP is offered to the Avoya Network at no additional cost.

Avoya expects to roll out AMP to the entire network throughout this year.

AMP complements Avoya's award-winning Avoya Live Leads program. The technology serves as a powerful, personalized marketing solution that builds meaningful customer relationships. AMP has helped participating agencies leverage their customer databases with automated, targeted marketing campaigns that have led to more bookings and greater success for the agencies, according to Avoya.

According to Avoya, AMP provides member agencies with a strong competitive edge because the multi-platform campaigns, designs, and messaging capitalizes on exclusive deals and Avoya's partnerships with leading cruise, tour, and resort companies.

AMP features include email marketing with high-impact content and eye-catching templates, social media campaigns, an on-demand print studio providing direct mail resources, and more. All marketing and materials will be co-branded and personalized for each independent agency and its clients.

"No other travel company can offer travel professionals Live Leads and AMP along with the combined power of the Avoya Travel and American Express brands," said Brad Anderson, Avoya Travel's president.

"Based on early successes, we believe AMP is one more key benefit for all Avoya Travel Network members, particularly those with an already established book of business."

As Avoya rolls out AMP to its entire network, it is to further innovate the technology, campaigns and overall program to help participating agencies book even more cruises and vacations.
