Avoya introduced its first ‘Experience Series – Foundations West’ learning event aboard Royal Caribbean’s Quantum of the Seas and at the Avoya Innovation Center in San Marcos, Calif.
The initiative was described by Avoya as a “first-of-its-kind experiential event designed to help travel advisors grow their business through hands-on learning, real-time marketing strategies and direct supplier engagement.”
In addition to helping advisors expand their businesses, the “Experiences Series” also delves into strategies to help agents capitalize on social media and AI sales techniques.
This isn’t orientation. It’s acceleration,” said Avoya Travel Vice President of Sales Mickey McBride. “We built the ‘Experience Series’ to immerse advisors in the strategies and tools that drive real business growth.”
“The ability to learn, apply and execute in real time is what makes this model so powerful,” he added.
Through the new program, Avoya held its first onboard “real-time social media live workshop, enabling advisors to create and publish content live while experiencing the product firsthand,” the host agency said.
“The response to our onboard social media workshop was incredible,” said Avoya Travel Vice President of Marketing Andy Craig.
“We’re giving advisors the ability to take control of their marketing in a way that’s immediate, authentic, and aligned with how travelers engage today, he added.
