Dream Vacations introduced a slate of new AI offerings designed to provide travel advisors with strategies to personalize and expand their businesses while saving time.
The new AI enhancements were announced at Dream Vacations’ 2026 MarTech Summit, now in its fourth year.
One of the key enhancements is the integration of local business schema across advisor websites and directories, maximizing visibility in AI-generated search results.
“Using structured data, the update makes it easier for search engines and AI platforms to identify and recommend advisors to consumers looking for travel expertise,” Dream Vacations said.
“This is a simple but powerful way to increase visibility,” said Alicia Liden, vice president of consumer and recruitment marketing at Dream Vacations. “When your website data is clearly structured for AI, you’re more likely to appear in relevant AI search results and convert more leads into clients.”
Other enhancements include marketing campaigns featuring AI content generation, enabling advisors to customize emails, social media posts, texts and landing pages; an AI-powered social media campaign that helps “generate content, respond to reviews and deliver insights across analytics, community engagement and reputation management,” Dream Vacations said.
Also new is Travel Planner, allowing advisors to use supplier confirmations and transform them into itineraries; Business Center, which helps advisors discover resources “using natural language, improving speed and accuracy when locating information” and Learning Center, which provides “AI-driven recommendations create personalized training paths based on advisors’ goals, helping agents build expertise more efficiently,” the company said.
“These tools are already available to our network, but many advisors may not realize just how powerful they have become,” said Vice President of IT Sandi Szalay. “Whether it’s getting discovered online or saving hours of administrative work, these advancements are designed to help them grow.”
