In tandem with its 60th anniversary, Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is unveiling two new Presidential Villas in the Colosseum Tower and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower.
Featuring similar layouts, one of the villas measures 8,060 square feet and is appointed in “brushed gold accents and soft lighting,” while the 8,370-square-foot villa “showcases bold lines and darker tones,” Caesars said, adding that both are equipped with 1,700-square-foot terraces.
The two villas, which can be combined, also boast a private elevator, a primary bedroom measuring 1,350 square feet, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-sided fireplace, a formal dining room, an entertainment lounge and more.
The new Octavius Sky Villas, which are situated in the Octavius Tower’s 68th and 69th floors, feature “a contemporary design with clean architectural lines, a refined palette and sweeping views of Las Vegas,” Caesars said.
