Being a Certified Confidant provides a foundation for travel advisors to know and understand Inclusive Collection's 10 brands. In order to gain this knowledge, Once advisors complete the 10 core Confidant Learning programs. The program teaches them what sets the Inclusive Collection apart through an interactive education program designed to give the advisors an expert advantage. In addition to the 10 courses, there are supplemental courses available for those who focus on specialty travel.
Confidant Rewards
Along with the course, Inclusive Collection's Confidant Collective offers a rewards program. Travel advisors can unlock endless rewards and earn next-level benefits for themselves and for their clients. onfidant Rewards offers points for booking the Inclusive Collection through Hyatt, Inclusive Collection or with a tour operator, and advisors can edeem those hard-earned points for exclusive benefits including: complimentary stay certificates, gift cards, charity donations, and merchandise.
Like most rewards programs, there are different levels. Tiers are based on the completion of Confidant Learning combined with production. As advisors complete Confidant Learning and enter bookings, they will move up from tier to tier. Advisors can unlock different rewards with each tier earned.
Confidant Connect
In addition to rewards and learning modules as well as a comprehensive toolkit, Confidant Collective keeps travel advisors ahead of the curve through Confidant Connect, a newsletter that provides access to the latest products, advisor incentives and upcoming webinars. It is sent twice monthly.
Confidant Collective has already proven to be popular among travel advisors with some of its most talked-about features such as advisor rates. These are earned by scoring an 85 percent or higher in Confidant Learning and becoming a Certified Confidant.
