Atlantis Paradise Island is home to stellar dining opportunities and several well-known chefs head a number of restaurants at the popular resort destination.

Guests are spoiled for choice and can not only find value when purchasing meal plans at the resort, but will also enjoy cuisine from some of the world's top chefs, including Todd English, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Nobu Matsuhisa and Jose Andres.

Olives

Renowned chef Todd English helms Olives restaurant in its Caribbean outpost. The restaurant features his signature open kitchen and delectable Mediterranean cuisine.

Menu items include items from the rotisserie grill, the catch of the day, dishes from the raw bar and, of course, English's infamous thin-crust flatbread pizza.

Cafe Martinique

Travelers looking for a classic French dining experience will want to head to Marina Village on Paradise Island where Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who has been called the "enfant terrible of modern French cooking," helms Cafe Martinique.

The restaurant reinvention of the 1965 James Bond classic and gives diners a taste of old-world elegance and iconic style with a wrought-iron birdcage elevator, a dramatic mahogany staircase and etched-glass windows.

The cuisine is French-inspired but accommodates a wide variety of tastes, including local dishes such as conch chowder, seared grouper and local snapper.

Nobu

Guests looking to experience the creations of one of the world's most well-known Japanese chefs can head to Nobu.

Just off the casino floor, the restaurant stands out with its glowing green doorway. Inside, guests will find the gourmet creations of chef Nobu Matsuhisa that include delicious mini tacos, spicy seafood soup, toban yaki and a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi. For the best of it all, try the Omakase Menu with Nobu's signature dishes.

Fish by Jose Andres

When Jose Andres isn't busy feeding hurricane victims, he is hard at work innovating in the kitchen. Guests at Atlantis Paradise Island can now experience one of Andres' newest creations, Fish By Jose Andres at The Cove.

Andres is a master chef as well as an expert diver and, at this restaurant, he serves up some of the freshest Bahamian seafood.
