New York City’s first Hyatt Regency hotel is now open on
Broadway.
The 795-room upscale hotel offers inspiring views and
contemporary décor while paying homage to its bustling, vibrant Manhattan location.
Located at 1605 Broadway, the hotel offers a dramatic,
soaring porte cochere leading to a two-story lobby with a glass atrium and
signature restaurant overlooking the iconic lights of Broadway. Hyatt Regency
Times Square also features Broadway-inspired artwork and theater marquees that
hang from the ceiling.

seamless travel experience for both business and leisure guests. The hotel’s
stunning design, incredible views and exhilarating location is complemented
with comfort, convenience and genuine care for our guests, World
of Hyatt members and customers.”
Each of the hotel’s bright and spacious guestrooms and
suites offers abundant natural light through oversized windows and stunning New
York City views. The 969 square-foot penthouse suite—which can be combined with
two additional guest rooms—features sweeping views from Times Square to the
Hudson River. And in collaboration with MAMMA MIA! returning to Broadway August
2, the hotel also sports a musical-inspired Greek isle-themed room.
Other hotel features include a lobby daytime café that transforms
to an elevated evening lounge overlooking the lights of 48th Street
and a morning grab-and-go market with coffee and breakfast items. Debuting
shortly after the hotel opening, a lively lounge will feature shareable plates
and craft cocktails. The fitness center is one of the largest in Manhattan,
offering a wide array of cardio and strength training equipment.
Hyatt Regency Times Square joins nearly 30 other Hyatt
properties in New York City, the newest hotel to join the World of Hyatt family
after Hotel Seville Nomad, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt became part
of World of Hyatt in April 2025.
Reservations are now open, with rates staring at $349 per
night.
