Key Selling Points for Panama Jack Resorts

Earlier this year, Playa Hotels & Resorts, known for its luxury, all-inclusive resort collection, announced a partnership with leading consumer brand Panama Jack.
As part of the deal, Playa stated its intent to redevelop and rebrand the Gran Caribe Resort in Cancun and Gran Porto Resort in Playa del Carmen under the Panama Jack name in a multi-million dollar rebranding initiative.
Those hotels—both due to open this fall with a total of 757 guest rooms combined—will incorporate a vintage travel and retro-tropical aesthetic. The properties are due to undergo serious upgrades that will include experiential dining, entertainment and in-room concepts all influenced by the Panama Jack brand.
Continuing with the theme, each hotel’s furnishings will be reflective of the casual style the Panama Jack brand is known for. Panama Jack-inspired touches will also be integrated into the hotels’ in-room products, signage and staff uniforms. Both resorts will also house stores selling the Panama Jack clothing, home furnishings and beach products.
The newly imagined resorts will offer guests the very best adventure and relaxation. By day, they can enjoy a host of water sports, lounge by pristine pools or relax in stylish suites. By night, the resorts will come alive. Guests can enjoy live entertainment and gourmet meals and drinks. Best of all, it’s all included.
