Margaritaville has announced the expansion of the brand's Compass by Margaritaville collection of boutique hotels following the recent opening of Compass Hotel by Margaritaville Naples on Florida's Gulf Coast.
In addition to the brand’s first conversion (formerly Staybridge Suites) and all-suite property in Naples, future property locations will include Beaufort, North Carolina; Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Flagler Beach, Florida.
Breaking ground in May 2024, a 105-room hotel in historic downtown Beaufort on Town Creek will face the Beaufort Yacht Basin and feature the poolside 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, Welcome Cabana, Marina Store and more.
Meanwhile, the Pigeon Forge location will open in the heart of the Smoky Mountains in fall 2024. The 162-room hotel will feature an indoor and outdoor pool with a lazy river, plunge pool, terrace bar, fitness center, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill and Provisions Grab & Go.
Compass by Margaritaville's North Myrtle Beach hotel will break ground sometime this year and will boast more than 150 beachfront guestrooms, an indoor and outdoor pool experience, fitness center, meeting space, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill, Provisions Grab & Go, and a complimentary breakfast buffet.
Finally, the brand's Flagler Beach property is slated to open in early 2025. The hotel will offer 100 guestrooms, Salty Rim Restaurant with rooftop bar, Provisions Grab & Go, an outdoor pool experience and a fitness center, among other amenities.

Compass by Margaritaville currently has locations in Florida and Oregon, including Compass Hotel Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton and Compass Hotel Medford.
