Margaritaville and Karisma Hotels & Resorts have announced plans to debut Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras in 2025.
The newest all-inclusive resort under the Island Reserve Inclusive Collection will join Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Cap Cana, Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Riviera Cancun, Margaritaville Island Reserve Resort Riviera Maya and Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye, Belize.
Margaritaville and Karisma will partner with the development group Island Shipping to construct the new build, which is slated for completion in 2025.
The resort will feature 164 rooms, live outdoor music venues, a world-class spa and branded dining concepts such as LandShark Brewery, JWB Steakhouse, The Beach House and 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar.

Island Shipping CEO Jerry Hynds said the "master-planned coastal development could not be a more perfect setting for Margaritaville."
