One lucky soccer fan will be headed to the FIFA
World Cup Final thanks to a new media partnership between Men in Blazers
Media Network and Marriott Bonvoy, the Official Hotel Supporter of FIFA World
Cup 2026.
The “Take Your Shot” Challenge at a recent Men in Blazers
Match Day event gave fans a firsthand look at what winning this once-in-a-lifetime
experience would entail.
At each of ten live Match Day events, Marriott Bonvoy
members can scan the QR code on site during the entry period for a chance to be
randomly selected as one of five finalists.
One finalist will then step onto the Match Day Live stage to
attempt Marriott Bonvoy’s live penalty kick-style “Take Your Shot” Challenge
for the chance to win tickets to the FIFA World Cup Final on July 19 in New
York/New Jersey.
No purchase is necessary, but fans must be present at one or
more of the Match
Day events and be a Marriott Bonvoy member. Events are expected to take
place in cities including Los Angeles, Seattle, Philadelphia, Boston, Dallas
and New York/New Jersey.
“For so many of us, following soccer has meant crossing
cities and continents in search of connection,” said Roger Bennett, founder and
CEO of Men in Blazers Media Network in a statement. “And yet, there’s always
that moment when you arrive somewhere new and suddenly feel grounded, like the
adventure can really begin. Partnering with Marriott Bonvoy allows us to bring
that spirit to life traveling across America — bringing fans together in every
corner of the country to celebrate the game we love.”
Mandy Gill, Managing Vice President, Brand and Marketing, US
& Canada, Marriott International added, “The FIFA World Cup has a unique
way of bringing people together, and at Marriott Bonvoy, we’re passionate about
helping fans feel connected to both the game and the places they travel to. Through
our collaboration with Men in Blazers Media Network, we’re creating moments
that extend beyond the match—making game days more immersive, social, and
memorable for our members wherever they’re watching.”
