There’s a new Florida property debuting this fall in Fort Lauderdale – The Garden Hotel & Resort – which should be on travel advisors' radars, as it is welcoming the agency community with commissionable direct bookings, FAM rates, and private tours.
The 155-room property, formerly the Royal Beach Palace, has been thoroughly rebranded and renovated, with reservations now open for stays beginning on Oct. 1, 2025. The hotel will have a soft opening this August ahead of its debut.
“Our vision was to create a place that’s fresh, friendly, and rooted in ease,” says The Garden Hotel & Resort General Manager Margaux Bouquet. “It’s boutique hospitality without the fuss – where style and comfort come together naturally.”
The pet-friendly property’s guestrooms are appointed with mid-century touches, garden views, and accommodations in family-friendly and adults-only buildings.
The hotel also features the Greenhouse, featuring French-Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails; daily wellness and activities; easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining, as well as seamless connections to the area's marinas, cruise port and event venues.
The property will cater to a diverse demographic, including couples and solo travelers who wish to be accommodated in the adults-only building, which features its own pool, families interested in easy beach access, wedding and reunion groups, travelers looking for pre- or post-cruise stays and sports teams or social groups.
