Mexico is known for its amazing resorts, from accessible and family-friendly beach getaways to the most exclusive luxury resorts. As we turn to look forward to the year ahead of us, we curated a list of seven resorts opening in Mexico in 2025.

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol
Expected to open in April, 2025, the Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol will open as a luxury resort and the first of its brand in Mexico. It’ll offer 163 rooms and suites, including 19 villas and residences, five pools, a stunning 59,000-square-foot wellness center, five dining venues, a beach club and bar and access to the Cabo Del Sol Golf Course.
Dream Valle de Guadalupe

Take a break from the ocean vibes and discover Mexico’s wine region at the Dream Valle de Guadalupe. Located north of Ensenada within the Valle de Guadalupe, the 35-acre resort will feature olive grove and vineyard views, a panoramic rooftop, heated infinity pool and only 58 rooms and villas, so guests feel as if they’re VIPs.
Rosewood Mandarina
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts will open the Rosewood Mandarina in early 2025, located 90 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport along the Riviera Nayarit coastline. The luxury resort will offer 134 suites, each with their own terraces, plunge pools and dramatic views, along with some private residences. It will also feature five bars and dining venues, four pools, an Asaya spa, wellness area and more. Experiences can include ziplining above a jungle, horseback riding on the beach and hiking to an ancient abuela tree.
Kimpton Tres Rios, Riviera Maya, Mexico

Kimpton Tres Rios will open in March, 2025 as the first all-inclusive resort for the Kimpton brand. Located in Riviera Maya, the resort offers a luxurious stay in a popular resort locale, with 340 acres of gardens filled with native plants, ecological trails and cenotes. The resort will offer 351 suites, seven dining venues, five drinking venues and a spa.
Breathless Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa
Breathless Puerto Vallarta is expected to open as an adults-only resort in April, 2025. Located just ten minutes away from the local international airport, the 450-key resort offers both room and suite configurations, seven restaurants, five bars, four pools, a 10,000-square-foot meeting space and entertainment each night. As part of the Breathless brand, guests can enjoy the Unlimited-Luxury all-inclusive format.
Dreams Grand Island Cancun

Debuting in early 2025 and connected to the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, the Dreams Grand Island Cancun will add 616 rooms to the adults-only property, which boasts 19 dining concepts, multiple pools, a beach and 26,000-square-foot wellness center.
TROBBU Tulum

Opening January, 2025 is a truly unique luxury all-inclusive experience: the all-villa TROBBU Tulum. Located within a jungle, the property will offer ten 2,745-square-foot villas spread across three levels that can accommodate up to eight guests with three bedrooms and several bathrooms. Amenities include an infinity pool, terrace, living room and kitchen. All-inclusive dining can be enjoyed inside the villa.
