One of the most luxurious resorts in one of the best escape getaway locations on the planet is taking a bow after receiving an award.
The All Inclusive Collection announced Thursday that the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has received the AAA Four Diamond Award for the fourth straight year.
The award honors premium service standards, personalized guest experiences and the over-the-top all-inclusive amenities that have become the calling card for the All Inclusive resorts - Punta Cana is one of multiple All-Inclusive Collection properties to win the award.
"We are beyond thrilled Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana has been recognized by AAA for providing exceptional customer service, innovative all-inclusive amenities and world-renowned accommodations," said All Inclusive Collection chief operating officer Rafael Chapur. "Each of our all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels continue to deliver true luxury experiences for guests of all ages."
The Diamond Rating System is the gold standard of travel classification programs meant to help travelers differentiate between the multitude of options on the market.
Hard Rock's first all-inclusive hotel and casino stretches 1787 rooms over 121 acres along Macao Beach in the Dominican Republic. Among the many features that make the property stand out are the "Rock Star Suite" accommodations, the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and the largest casino in the Dominican Republic, featuring Oro nightclub.
Add in a kids pool, lazy river and four swim-up bars among the 13 pools on property and 10 restaurants and you start to understand what AAA was thinking.
