Luxury independent hotel and restaurant collection Relais & Châteaux welcomed ten new members to its collection in July, offering incredible stays in the United States, France, Italy, Mexico and beyond.

In addition to the nine new member hotels and resorts listed below, there’s also one new restaurant member: the 2 Michelin-starred Relais & Châteaux Quintonil Restaurant in Mexico City, Mexico, currently ranked third in the list of the world’s fifty best restaurants.

The 18-bedroom property is located in a former palace dating to the 1700s. The neoclassical structure now features several restaurants, playful interior design, two pools and beautiful vantage points over Lisbon.
Relais & Châteaux La Maison des Cimes, Malbuisson, France
Opening in August 2026, the 8-bedroom boutique property is a large stone-and-timber property set on the shores of Lake Saint-Point. The storied place, run by Michelin-starred Chef Matthias Marc and his wife Hanna, offers two restaurants, Nordic baths, gardens and proximity to the forest.
Relais & Châteaux Masseria AuraTerrae, Polignano a Mare, Italy
Located above the Adriatic and owned by a single family, the 22-bedroom property is located within an 18th-century Puglian estate. Guests will enjoy a traditional Italian farmhouse experience, with unique rooms, a locally inspired restaurant and 60 acres of vineyards and orchards.

The 13-bedroom boutique chalet in northern France offers direct access to some of the best skiing in the region. Some rooms are designed with families in mind. Guests will enjoy the hotel’s two fine dining restaurants and an on-site spa to warm up in after a long day spent skiing.
Relais & Châteaux Relais Villa Corallo, Sant’Omero, Italy
The 11-bedroom hotel is located on a 198-acre retreat between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea. Owned by a local family, the manor house feels more like a family home than a luxury hotel. It offers gardens, an outdoor pool, horse riding, and two restaurants, including the 1 Michelin-starred Restaurant Zunica 1880.

Located in a historic ryokan, the 23-bedroom hotel has been operated by the same family for seven generations since 1818. Such a storied history will delight guests, who will enjoy Japanese-style accommodations, a quiet library, two private baths, a dining room and more.

The 13-bedroom luxury boutique hotel is located in a former 15th-century private residence in the heart of Zurich. Guests will love the boutique hotel’s intimate feel, beautiful design and perfect location.
Relais & Châteaux Wilderness Reserve, Sibton, United Kingdom
Located in Suffolk, the wilderness resort immerses travelers in 6,000 acres of landscapes that inspired the painter John Constable. With 29 villas and 8 bedrooms, guests will enjoy accommodations that range from a thatched cottage to an 18th-century manor house. The property can be explored on foot or by bike and offers a spa, two restaurants and more.
Relais & Châteaux The Nell New York, New York City, USA
Opening in the fall of 2027 is the 134-room The Nell, New York. Sister property to the collection’s The Little Nell, it’s located right in the heart of the city at Rockefeller Plaza. The Art Deco-style hotel will offer several dining venues, an expansive spa, a fitness center and more.
