In celebration of its 10-year anniversary, Rental Escapes flew its entire company to the Dominican Republic and hosted them at two villas located within the Punta Cana Resort & Club to celebrate a significant decade, record-breaking 2022, and in recognition of members of their community. Rental Escapes held an awards ceremony during their White Hot party while in Punta Cana, recognizing its 'Partner of the Year' and 'Villa of the Year'. 'Villa of the Year' was awarded to Villa Lorenne, a beautiful eight-bedroom villa in Punta Cana, and the 'Partner of the Year' was awarded to Volalto Group, a leading luxury vacation rental management company.
The last 10 years has brought Rental Escapes tremendous company growth - from an expanded team and increased product inventory to record-shattering sales year-over-year - making now the ideal time to celebrate the breadth of accomplishments with the team who has catalyzed these feats. Throughout the company retreat, team members had the opportunity to explore the island with trips to the cenotes and beach, bond through tennis and golf games, and dine on authentic Dominican meals prepared by the villa's private chefs.

While in the Dominican Republic, Rental Escapes held an awards ceremony at Arrecife Royale during their White Hot party which consisted of dancing, a photo booth, and a meal of Dominican barbecue cooked by the villa's private chef. Fifteen awards, ranging from 'Villa Specialist of the Year' and 'Concierge Specialist of the Year' to 'Employee of the Year' and 'Rookie of the Year' were handed out to members of the company for their hard work and dedication. Rental Escapes also awarded a 'Villa of the Year' to Villa Lorenne due to distinguished reviews from both clients and travel advisors, as well as high volume of bookings. Villa Lorenne boasts access to two private beach clubs, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and an array of entertainment options including foosball and ping pong. The 'Partner of the Year' was awarded to Volalto Group for its commitment to excellence and collection of top-of-the-line luxury villa rentals, ranging from oceanfront oases to modern retreats.
Since the start of 2022, Rental Escapes has increased its headcount by more than 25% and its inventory of luxury villas to over 5,000 properties, an increase of over 45% year-over-year.
