Rental Escapes is reporting robust growth, new villa inventory, a new website and travel advisor tools for 2024.
“We are incredibly proud of our accomplishments in 2024,” said Brian Schwimmer, chief executive officer of the luxury villa rental company. “By expanding our villa portfolio, enhancing our advisor marketing tools, and improving the overall guest experience, we’ve cemented our position as the leader in the luxury villa rental market. We’re excited to continue elevating our offerings in 2025 and beyond.”
In 2024 alone, Rental Escapes added upward of 790 villas in such destinations as New Zealand, Europe, South Africa, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the U.S.
“A major highlight of 2024 was the successful launch of Rental Escapes’ comprehensive rebrand, designed to enhance the experience for both guests and travel advisors,” the company said. “The transformation introduced a fully redesigned website featuring improved search functionality, interactive video content and an exclusive portal for travel advisors.”
Rental Escapes also unveiled a new app last year. “This New app features were also rolled out, increasing convenience, customization, and connectivity,” Rental Escapes said. “This strategic evolution was completed with a new tagline: More Than Villas. An Experience.”
On the travel advisor front, Rental Escapes expanded its “Keys to Success Program,” which provides agents with a formidable number of resources, including, portfolio of resources, monthly live webinars, unbranded and white-label websites, unbranded magazines, email campaigns, a social media library and a rewards program.

Also, in 2024, Rental Escapes Chief Marketing Officer Willie Fernandez, presented more than 500 ‘Wednesdays with Willie’ sessions, providing advisors with personalized access on how to market and sell villas. “This commitment to hands-on support has solidified Rental Escapes as the go-to partner for advisors looking to grow their luxury villa business,” the company said.
Rental Escapes also debuted 11 interactive digital magazines, which put the spotlight on the Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe.
It was also the recipient of myriad industry awards, including the Gold Travvy and Gold Magellan awards for “Best Villa Rental Company” and the Gold Magellan and Silver Adrian awards for its marketing efforts.
“With an unwavering focus on providing personalized, world-class service, Rental Escapes is set to redefine the luxury villa rental experience for years to come,” the company said.
