The 688-room Secrets Tides Punta Cana, which is part of the World of Hyatt Inclusive Collection, made its debut in the Dominican Republic, becoming the 17th property in Hyatt Hotel Corporation’s Caribbean leisure portfolio.
Travelers who book stays at the resort through March 26, 2024, for travel through December 20, 2024, are eligible for savings of up to 40 percent through the Best Year Yet promotion.
“We are excited to announce the opening of Secrets Tides Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, as we expand the Secrets Resorts & Spas brand in a country known for its beautiful beaches and romantic flair,” said Jordi Guillaumet, the resort’s general manager.
The adults-only property, which is set beachside in Punta Cana’s Uvero Alto neighborhood, features all-suite accommodations with balconies or terraces, mini-bars, which are refreshed daily, coffee bars, and more.
Guests looking to elevate their resort stays can upgrade to the Preferred Club, which features a robust range of perks, including private check-in and check-out service and a Preferred Club Lounge.
All told, Secrets Tides is equipped with nine restaurants offering local and international fare, including six that are à la carte, three pools and two hot tubs, and the full-service Secrets Spa. The property also offers 24/7 room service.
In late 2024, Hyatt will continue to expand its presence in the Caribbean with the debut of a Hyatt Centric brand property in Santo Domingo.
