Travel + Leisure Co. has debuted its highly anticipated Sports Illustrated Resorts brand, opening Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville this week.
Located on Music Row, convenient to the city's most sought-after neighborhoods, sporting venues and entertainment attractions, the new hotel features 185 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites and upgraded amenities such as an SI Fit gym, sports bar, game room and pool deck that will come alive on gamedays.
Each suite inside Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville features a full kitchen and in-unit laundry.
As the final phase of construction gets underway, a branded valet porte-cochère experience and expanded tailgate deck are still to come following completion in the coming months.
An official opening celebration is expected in November 2026.
"Sports have a unique ability to bring people together, creating shared experiences and lasting memories both on and off the field," Geoff Richards, chief operating officer at Travel + Leisure Co., said in a statement.
"Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville captures that spirit by creating a destination where guests can connect with the energy of competition, storytelling and community while experiencing everything that makes Nashville such a special place to visit," added Richards.
An official opening celebration for Sports Illustrated Resorts Nashville is expected in November 2026.
The brand's Chicago property is currently operating in its "preseason era," according to Travel + Leisure Co., with project completion and the full brand offering expected in early 2027.
Sports Illustrated Resorts properties in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama, are expected to be completed in 2027 and 2028, respectively.
